Meet The Owner

Misty Haggerty has always been deeply passionate about women’s health and wellness. With a background in public health and a heart for service, she began her journey in 2019 by reintroducing women to the healing benefits of vaginal steaming supporting over 500 women in reclaiming their reproductive health.

Now in 2025, Misty is shifting her focus to address a more urgent calling: supporting Black mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In response to the alarming Black maternal mortality rate, she is expanding her services to include birth and postpartum doula care. Her mission is to help women feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported throughout their journey into motherhood.

Vaginal steaming will still be offered now with an intentional focus on postpartum healing. Misty’s work continues to evolve, but her commitment remains the same: to uplift, educate, and advocate for women at every stage of their reproductive journey.
